We have the following job requirement with one of our direct client in Coimbatore
Position : Head Packaging
Qualification: Any Graduate below (30 Years)
Job Location : The Nilgiris
Experience: 15 years
• Involves packaging of products which gives value addition.
• Planning & Scheduling the production to meet the dispatch schedules
• Execution of the plan to achieve the best results to meet the dispatch schedules.
• Monitor the packing is as per the specified procedure.
• Allocation of work to meet the dispatch schedules.
• Final inspection of the products for quality in all aspects
• Efficiently motivate , handle , and make perform the work force to produce desired result
• Analyze & rectify in coordination with other departments any customer complaints with regard to packing & quality.
• Coordinating with other internal departments arranging necessary products and packing materials for timely completion of scheduled orders
