An inbound CSA deals with a number of incoming calls pertaining to a wide variety of services provided by the clients. The associate provides excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer ensuring customer satisfaction.

***Candidates need to be flexible with shifts as per a 24/7 working environment.

***Typing speed – minimum of 15 wpm with 85 accuracy.

***Well versed with computers & ability to navigate between screens quickly while speaking with customers is a must.

***Fast learners with a passion for customer service.
