Quality Analyst
at 365 Media Pvt Ltd in Coimbatore
The successful Quality Analyst is the type of person who accepts personal responsibility for his/her work and understands that his/her work has a direct impact on both our customers and on the success of the organization.
He/She should have prior experience in Web Research and preferably should have worked in the Quality Control dept for at least 1 year.
Responsibilities include:
• Ensuring highest data quality and error free delivery.
• Maintain reports.
• Providing project level feedbacks to Team Leads.
• Continuous improvement of processes & methodologies.
• Co ordinate with the Team Leads on improving the performance of Agents.
• Perform related work as required
Education and training requirements:
• Any Degree
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem solving skills (both written and oral).
• Ability to work with people of all levels of responsibility.
• Excellent time management skills with exceptional ability to prioritize multiple tasks specifically to meet crucial deadlines. Ability to work as a team member.
• Self-motivated.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Operate under minimal supervision.
