Job description / Responsibilities / Duties
Manage the business development of the company by way of identifying and creating tie ups with university colleges and new market segments within the education, corporate and training sectors.
Network with HR heads in corporate to provide education and recruitment solutions
Develop the trainer base from various industry sectors.
Overall business management skills required in the education, corporate training and placement services sector
Maintain and develop computerized customer and prospect database.
Handle individual / independent revenue targets.
Identify business development opportunities and generate business leads. Will be required to deal with education institutions, university colleges and corporate.
Develop new corporate clients through individual networking and marketing efforts and personal meets / interactions with prospects.
Understanding client requirements, presentation, proposal making.
Marketing and Developing the student base for various courses run by talk professional council
Conducting competition tracking and monitoring on a daily basis.
Maintaining strong relationships with colleges and corporates for ongoing new business development.
