Position : Support Engineer / Sr.Support Engineer (Voice Process Only)

Qualification : Engineering and Arts & Science Graduates / Post-Graduates

Tech-Skills : Basics / Fundamentals of Networking, Computer Hardware & Operating Systems

Soft Skills : Good communication skills (Good Command over the language of English)

Added Advantage : Similar work experience in Technical Support / Voice Support

Experience : 6 - 24 Months (Upto 2 Years of Experience) of International Voice support experience


Requisites
Good at customer interaction and listening skills
A Good Team Player
Willingness to learn Technology
Willing to take initiative to resolve issues

Job Responsibility : Resolving Technical Queries for US Customers

Location : Chennai / Outstation Candidates will need to relocate to Chennai

Work Time : USA - Time Zone (Night Shifts)
