Job Description
• Handles appointments for the MD.
• Arrange for meetings and conferences, including preparing agendas and minutes
for same and making the necessary business travel arrangements for the MD.
• Serve as liaison with department managers to help ensure a manageable flow of
work and communications to the MD.
• Perform personal assistant duties for the MD as directed.
• Maintain communication with select outside parties on behalf of MD, including
suppliers, business contacts, etc.
• Carry out routine office duties, including reception duties, in a professional
manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, communication (both written and
verbal) and critical thinking skills. Must have good grammar skills.
• Be highly proficient with computers, particularly with MS Office (all products
including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) and utilize various
applications, including running reports, spreadsheets and mail merges.
• Consistently carry out tasks in a highly organized manner.
• Participate as a highly motivated team player.
