Job Description for Business Administrator:

1. To Develop Strategy to market company products and services to current and potential clients.
2. Responsible to attain the target fixed by the organization.
3. Responsible to train subordinates and to analyze their performance
4. Responsible to develop a good team, motivate and guide the team to achieve the organizational goals.
5. Report to Zonal Manager on time and should work closely with zonal manager.
6. To Prepare action plans
7. To identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
8. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
9. Identify sales prospects and guide team to contact the identified prospects.
10. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
11. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
12. Perform Knowledge transfer to subordinates on regular basis in order to keep them aligned with the organizational strategy.
13. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
14. Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
15. Responsible to recruit, select and train the work force to achieve the team goals.
16. Must be able to create or enhance new products for marketing purposes.

Job Specification for Trainers

 carrying out training needs analyses: the level of people's knowledge can vary greatly, so you may be delivering sessions on the basics of PC operation or teaching very experienced computer users new programming languages or how to use the latest hardware;
 designing course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises;
 preparing the learning environment and resources, including setting up IT equipment;
 delivering training programs to clients either in a group classroom setting, on a one-to-one basis;
 evaluating the effectiveness of the training and course outcomes;
 taking responsibility for maintenance of hardware and software used for training purposes and recommending repairs and upgrades to management where appropriate;
 keeping up to date with relevant systems, software and online training technology;
