Project Manager will be sole responsible for success of the projects. However as part of the organization he will be sharing responsibility of departmental and organizational activity for success of department and Organization as a whole.
Project Responsibility: Project initiation, estimate and planning , project negation, resource, cost, quality and schedule plan, to prepare and maintain project workbook, acquire resource, make KT or training plan, make project organization, allocate resource and delegate task, take accurate status, do root cause analysis, take corrective actions, communicate with all project stakeholders and manage expectations, ensure project quality audit and reviews, making project release, and project closure.
Organizational Responsibility: To contribute is overall organizational process improvement. Organizational capability development through training, tool and methodologies. Candidate evaluation and interviews. Performance appraisals of associates. And actively taking part in organizational initiatives.
