This is Virgina Phijee from Jaguar Staffing Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a reputed Manpower staffing company in Coimbatore
We have the following requirement with one of our BPO Client in COIMBATORE
DESIGNATION: Project Lead (Data & Research)
EXPERIENCE: 5 + year of experience in which minimum of 3 years of experience in leading the team.
QUALIFICATION: Degree / Diploma (Graduation in computer science will be an added advantage)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Plan, organize and lead
•Excellent communication
•Strong Analytical Skills and problem solving skills.
•Risk Management
•Good presentation skills
•Strong multi tasking skills
•Develop and implement strategic plans and process improvements.
•Plan, organize and allocate tasks to the team Leaders.
•Responsible for coordinating project performance
•Responsible for timely and economic utilization of resources assigned to the project
•Active participant with the management.
•Ensure the team is abiding to the management rules and policies.
•Assigning targets to the team leaders and ensuring the tasks are completed in time.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks.
•Manage team conflicts.
•Risk Management
•Identifying and analyzing problems and providing the right solution.
•Conduct regular team leader meetings with the team and identify the area of improvement
•Adaptability to changes and ability to work under pressure.
