We have the following opening in CHENNAI
Designation : CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Role purpose : To ensure that customer needs are fully met on every call through the achievement of quality and service targets and the delivery of first class customer service.
Experience : 6 months to 9 months
Qualification : SSLC or above
Skill set : Excellent English communication skills, basic computer knowledge & basic typing skills
Working hours : 8 hour shift 5 or 6 days a week(UK shift)
