• Should be a BE graduate (Mechanical / Electrical) and have 4+ years of experience in working with an ITES company in Pre Sales Support responsibility
• Excellent knowledge with understanding on Engineering Services/Technical Publications/Software and KPO services
• Knowledge of North America and Europe Markets
• Should have a good understanding of various IT Systems & Technologies
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent people, presentation and social skills

• Communicate to the client and Co-ordinate with Account Managers effectively to facilitate winning of the business
• Respond to client RFP, RFO with proposals
• Liaise with Subject Matter Experts for effective sales calls and proposal development
• Understand client business pains and facilitate identification of solution
• Writing of proposals, creating presentations/collateral, delivering presentations, etc.
• Support sales team with sales engineering and client acquisitions Function as part of the marketing team to help development of collateral
