BPO/CUSTOMER SUPPORT/TELEMARKETING in COIMBATORE

Following are the openings with one of our client in COIMBATORE
(i) Telemarketer – B2B - both male and female
Requisites:
Should have atleast 6+ months experience in a B2B process, where one need to talk to US based small and medium size companies and bring them as our clientele (or)
Should have atleast 1+ years of experience in an international Call Centre / BPO
Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills
Must have a proven track record.
Ready to work in US Shifts. (Shift timings – 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM)
(ii) Customer Support - Female desirable
Requisites:
Should have atleast 1+ years experience in a customer support position
Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills
Must have basic accounting knowledge (Knowledge in quick books will be an advantage)
Ready to work in US Shifts. (Shift timings – 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM)
(iii) Customer Support(Back Office) - Female desirable
Requisites:
MBA HR / MSW with basic HR skills – Freshers are also considered
Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills
Ready to work in US Shifts. (Shift timings – 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM)
