We are Looking Fresher and 2 Experienced in ASP.NET(c ).

Should have worked on
1. Good exposure to ASP.NET,C# 1.0,3.0, ASP.Net 2.0, SQL Server 2005, XSD, UML, Application design patterns and Strong OOAD skills.
2) SQL Server and Crystal Reporting
3) browser specific compatibility issues.
4)Javascript,Ajax.
Good understanding and exposure to ASP, .NET and SQL
Knowledge of relational databases with expertise on SQL Server
Able to query complex databases for fault finding, reporting, data extracts and problem resolution purposes.
