Opening for MANAGER - MANUFACTURING in COIMBATORE
at Jaguar Staffing Solutions Private Limited in Coimbatore

This is Virgina Phijee from Jaguar Staffing Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a reputed Manpower staffing company in Coimbatore
We have the following requirement with one of our Client in COIMBATORE
Designation: Manager – Manufacturing
Qualification: D.M.E / B.E Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 15 – 20 Years
Area of Experience / Expectation:
•Day to day involvement in complete manufacturing operations and effective execution of production.
•Preferably worked in precision machined / turned component factory with knowledge about Carbide, Cermet cutting tools, in conventional, special purpose single spindle automats, CNC machines and other machines like Surface and Centre less Grinders.
•Knowledge on problem solving in production machines.
•Knowledge on job dependant change tooling like collets, tool holders, cutting tools, etc.
•Knowledge on production planning and working & organizing requirements of raw materials, consumables, including cutting tools, consumables.
•Interaction & co-ordination with suppliers of tools, raw materials and customers for achieving production targets with good communicating skills.
•Handle different departments of production activity; optimize operations to achieve the targets by leading a team of production and operating personnel.
•Has high motivating caliber to lead the team and has fair knowledge of administration including shift organizing, monitoring, achieving production
•Co-ordinate with agencies for meeting statutes.
•Has fair knowledge in ISO 9000, TS 16949 etc., Quality Management Systems and co-ordinate with various activities with Customers.
•Has sufficient knowledge about mechanical design, lead the design team to develop tools, jigs and fixtures required for production.
•Fair knowledge in Methods engineering activities for monitoring achieving optimum costs of manufacturing.
