Ability to motivate the team.

Should have handled a team of close to 10 members.

We are also considering candidates who are not Team Leader on papers but are currently working as MENTOR, SME, ACTING TEAM LEADERS ETC: They should have :

Good communication skills and fluent in speaking ENGLISH

Knowledge of Power Point & Ms-Word.

Presentable with team management skills.

Ability to handle a team of 20 people.
