Job Description:
You will be responsible for candidate recruitment to meet the staffing needs of the company’s clients in US. The priorities of these efforts will be market driven and set by management.
Your daily activities will include but not be limited to the following:
Candidate Recruitment
- Perform all recruiting functions needed to fill our clients open job positions.
- Activities include: Internet Job posting, Internet resume search, Internal company database leverage, and direct contact to possible candidates.
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills and experience:
- 1-2 years of strong technical recruiting experience in a staffing/consulting environment
- Experience in identifying, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating with potential candidates for project assignments in the US
- Good understanding of sales and recruitment cycle in the staffing industry
- Good understanding of software skills and it applicability
- Awareness of the staffing and outsourcing industry
- High energy, team oriented and self-motivated
- Passionate, strong people skills and willing to make a difference
- Track record of placements
- Creative ways of sourcing
