Arranging interview for the short listed candidates.
Developing, monitoring and maintaining of database on the basis for immediate and future requirements and building a pipeline for immediate and future requirements
Interacting with clients on regular basis to understand their requirements and different selection procedures.
Coordinating with clients for their requirements.
