This is Kavitha from Jaguar Staffing Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a reputed Manpower staffing company in Coimbatore
We have the following requirement with one of our Client in Coimbatore
Designation: Head Machine Shop (Manager /Sr Manager)
Nature of Industry : Engineering Industry, With heavy machine tools. Has large Foundry, Machine shops, Fabrication, Assembly etc.,
Salary : Commensurate with (Profile) qualification and experience.
Skill set : Candidate shall be a graduate in Engineering with hands on experience in working with conventional heavy machines, and CNCs. Shall have about 20 plus years (AGE ARROUIND 45) experience in manufacturing engineering Industry.
Job Description:
Shall have hands on experience and command on latest techniques and practices in Machining industries, and implement the suitable ones with time frame.
Should ensure the available facilities are utilised to the optimum level.
Should ensure timely production delivery with of goods with the requisite quality.
Shall establish production standards, improve production / productivity quality, delivery etc.,
Shall be a team leader and task master.converting capable the team into a professional and result oriented team..
Shall ensure customer satisfaction (both internal and external) in terms of QCDS
Shall be focussing on Innovation, improvements, introduction of suitable manufacturing and management practices and systems.
