Educational Qualification: MBA ( HR)
Years of experience: Min.1.5 Years
Desired Candidate Profile:
-Should be able to handle employee training & development
-Should posses knowledge about 5s, Kaizen, QC, TPM, TQM, productivity improvement techniques.
-Should be able to fulfill the manpower requirement.
-capable of maintaining employee relations & maintaining attendance , preparing salary slip & responsible to all HR activities.
