Ability to Understand the Client Hierarchy and Translate the same with the job seekers.
Ability to Map the passive job seekers through public community websites.
Job Posting on the JOB PORTALS.
Flair for Recruitment .
Out-of-the Box thinking to excite the Candidates with Clients Requirement .
Good Knowledge in understanding the Niche requirement.
Communicating with the candidates & educating the candidates about the client requirement .
Capable of Negotiating and Persuading the candidates to join the client on time .
Ability to Interact with the Clients .
Most importantly must have keen follow ups for each consultants with whom we work.
Should be willing to work on night shifts
