We have immediate opening for Team Lead / Project Manager Manager - IT Operations.
Experience 4 – 10 Years
Salary 6.5 Lakh - 8 Lakh pa
Location Coimbatore
Education Qualification M.Sc IT or M.C.A or M.Sc Software engineering or B.E/ B.Tech/MCA or Equivalent qualifications
Technical Skills .Net, C#, ASP.Net, SQL Server 200X, Crystal Reports, AJAX, Designing Techniques Added Advantage: WPF, XAML, WCF, Silverlight, HTML 5.0
Requirements
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Microsoft Technology, with minimum 2-3 years of experience in .Net, C# and SQL Server.
Should possess at least 1 year of experience in handling a team (minimum size – 4-6 members).
Should have hands-on experience in coding in ASP.Net, C#, SQL Server.
Should demonstrate ability to design, develop, and implement complete solutions. Should have worked in at least one project in all the phases of SDLC i.e. from the requirements phase till deployment phase.
Should have handled multiple projects simultaneously and ensure completion of task by coordinating with team members.
Should be able to monitor the project continuously to identify risks & mitigate them. Also should be able to manage issues and escalate appropriately.
Should be able to technically guide the team members and mentor them whenever required.
Should possess the ability to manage the expectations of both internal and external customers and adapt to client specific needs.
