CTC- 3 - 4.75 lakh/annum + incentives.
Qualification-Graduate/ PG with 3+ years sales experience in any field.

Job Responsibilities
Þ Identify, recruit and manage financial advisors using local contacts.
Þ Train and motivate them to provide a better understanding of products & drive business from them.
Þ Making joint sales calls with advisors to train them on selling skills and helping them to sell insurance solutions.
