Job Description:
1. Candidates should have excellent and excessive in US Staffing & Recruitment & Marketing.
2. He/she should have the ability to handle our client’s requirements individually. Prior experience in coordinating the client side Mangers would be given first preference.
3. Responsible for planning and executing huge ramp up plans in short notice
4. Need to follow full Recruitment life cycle. Starting from sourcing CV, screening, negotiating rates, coordinating with clients, follow up till offer and joining of the candidate.

6. Need to market the bench Consultants and get them placed.
7. Should have experience in recruiting for contract, Contract to hire and permanent positions.
8. Person need to source candidates through own contacts and job postings on the Internet, candidate referrals, in-house database and personal network.
9. Candidate should be well versed with tax terms like W2, 1099 or corp. to corp.
10. Publishing various reports on resource-related metrics and analysis for middle/senior management

12. Should be a team player to handle and train the entire team.
